The Local Disaster and Climate Resilience Framework (LDCRF) is primarily a localization of the National Strategic Action Plan for Disaster Risk Reduction (2018-2030), which is based on the Sendai Framework for Action (SFDRR), the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the Paris Climate Agreement, and the Green, Resilient, and Inclusive Development (GRID) framework.
